Privacy. The short version.
We collect what we need to reconcile your inventory and nothing more. Written by humans, in language you'll actually read.
01 · What we collect
Account information — your name, work email, and the tenant you create. We use this to log you in and send you service emails.
Inventory data — the SKUs, counts, prices, and movements you sync from Shopify, UniCommerce, spreadsheets, or our API. This is your data; we hold it on your behalf so we can reconcile across channels.
Operational telemetry — anonymised performance metrics from the agents that reconcile your data. We use this to keep the service fast.
02 · How we use it
To run reconciliation, generate reports, detect drift, and write canonical counts back to your channels.
To send service emails — billing, security alerts, scheduled reports you've configured. We do not send marketing emails by default.
To investigate abuse, fraud, or violations of our terms. We log access and changes for forensic purposes only.
03 · Who we share with
Your data is never sold. We share only with subprocessors strictly required to operate the service — the cloud provider (AWS Mumbai), our error tracker, and our billing processor. The current list lives at /data-policy.
We disclose data when compelled by Indian law, after we've notified you (unless legally prohibited from doing so).
04 · Your rights
Export — pull your full ledger anytime via the API or a one-click export from the dashboard.
Delete — calling DELETE /v1/account purges your data within 30 days. We retain encrypted backups for a further 60 days for disaster recovery, after which they are destroyed.
Amend — update or correct any record via the dashboard or PATCH endpoints.
Object — write to legal@tbi.in if you object to any specific processing and we'll respond within 7 days.
