01 · The agreement

These terms govern your use of Stockledger, operated by TBI Software Private Limited ("TBI", "we", "us"). By accessing the service you accept these terms; if you don't, don't use the service.

We may update these terms. We'll email account owners 30 days before any material change. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

02 · Account

You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your tenant. Use SSO or strong unique passwords; rotate API keys you suspect have leaked.

One human per login. Service accounts must be marked as such and rate-limited via API keys, not passwords.

03 · Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe IP, harass anyone, or move stolen goods.

Don't try to reverse engineer the agents, scrape the dashboard, or run load tests without telling us first.

Don't connect a channel you don't own or aren't authorised to manage.

04 · Payment

Free tier — first 500 SKU at no cost, forever. No card required, no expiry.

Paid usage — $1 per 100 SKU per month above the free tier, billed monthly in arrears in INR or USD. Taxes additional where applicable.

Late payments — accounts more than 30 days past due are paused until balance is cleared. We'll email you four times before pausing.

05 · Termination

You can leave anytime by deleting your tenant. We don't ask why, but we'd love to hear if you have a moment.

We may terminate for cause if you breach these terms or for non-payment after notice. We may terminate without cause with 60 days' notice and a prorated refund.

06 · Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties beyond what's required by law.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the three months immediately preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

07 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
