The free tier never charges. Paid usage is prorated. If you're unhappy in your first 30 days, you get a full refund — no forms, no questions.

01 · Free tier

Up to 500 SKU is free, forever. There's nothing to refund because there's nothing to charge. You can use the free tier without ever entering a card.

02 · Paid usage

Above 500 SKU you pay $1 per 100 SKU per month, billed in arrears on the first business day of the following month.

We bill on the high-water mark of SKUs reconciled in the cycle — not on a static plan. If your catalog shrank, your bill shrank.

03 · Prorated refunds

Cancel mid-cycle and you're charged only for the days the service was active in that cycle. We refund any prepayments to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Annual prepayments — uncommon, but if you went annual we refund pro-rata for any unused full month.

04 · First 30 days

If something doesn't work for you in your first 30 days as a paying customer, email billing@tbi.in. We'll refund every paisa, no forms, no exit interview. We'd appreciate a sentence on why so we can fix it.

05 · Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank before talking to us, we pause your account to prevent the dispute from escalating. We'll email you within an hour.

Most disputes resolve in under 5 business days once we get on a call. Email billing@tbi.in or reply to your invoice.

06 · Method & timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Cards typically clear in 5–10 business days; UPI and netbanking in 2–3 business days. Bank transfers are case-by-case.
